What should I expect in church?It is never easy to visit a new church for the first time so we want to be as helpful as we can to make your experience a good one. At Life Spring Community Church you can expect an exciting and energetic worship gathering with friendly people, good coffee and snacks, upbeat songs, and a laid back atmosphere. You should feel right at home from the moment you step into the building.What should I wear?A few people dress up, but most people choose to dress down and come casual. We’re more concerned with meeting your real life needs than with what you wear. Most people will dress in casual weekend attire; come the way that you feel most comfortable and you’ll fit right in.What's available for my kids?Our children’s program includes nursery through 5th grade. Our staff is fully trained and very capable of caring for your children during the Sunday services and other Life Spring events. Our nursery and preschool program is directed by Chris Johnson, a very dedicated and loving person. Our elementary program is directed by Jen Pugh and Kathy Clancy, both highly trained and loving people. Our main goals and purposes through the Life Spring children’s programs are to help the children connect with God in a meaningful way. We teach them the values of loving others and of understanding that they are never too young to make a difference. Our nursery thru 5th Grade classrooms are open during both first and second services. Middle school and high school classes are staffed for our second service. Our trained staff and volunteers will make sure the kids have an exciting and fun experience, learning about God and Biblical values. We believe your kids will look forward to being a part of this each time you come.Will I be asked to stand up in front of people?When you visit Life Spring Community Church, you will be our respected and welcome guest. You will not be singled out in an embarrassing way, nor asked to stand before the congregation or to come forward. You will worship God with us. |
